Dr. Tulagan graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in biochemistry with an astrophysics minor. He received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Nevada where he also served as the Chief Resident of his program. He has been in practice for more than 15 years.
His training has allowed him to adequately identify and treat children with special needs as well as provide specialized care to all children; regardless of physical or mental health.
Dr. Tulagan is proud to have established his clinic in National City and be able to serve his community; the community where he was raised. Through his experience and accreditation by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Tulagan is confident that he can make a difference in the lives of every child he sees; erasing the negative stigmas behind paying a visit to the doctor's office while still providing the medical attention they require.
